Our exclusively owned patent portfolio includes thirty-seven (37) issued patents, of which eleven (11) are U.S. patents and twenty-six (26) are foreign patents.

In addition, one U.S. patent application and two foreign patent applications are pending.

The claims of these owned patents and patent applications are directed toward various aspects of our family of products, methods of their manufacturing, delivery device and research programs.
